Job summary

HyperStrong is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for US operations, perform month-end close, and deliver financial reporting. The role supports expense review, customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and ERP data submissions with a hands-on approach under management review.

The ideal candidate has strong general ledger experience, 3–4 years US corporate accounting, and fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, plus familiarity with Oracle EBS and manufacturing or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–4 years US corporate accounting experience; can consider 2–3 years with full month-end close.
• Experience generating monthly financial statements and coordinating with corporate reporting.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese for professional communication.
• Oracle EBS experience or familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain general and subsidiary ledgers.
• Perform month-end close and prepare financial statements and schedules.
• Review expenses and payment requests for accuracy and approvals.
• Handle customer billing, receivables, and support intercompany transactions.
• Support tax filings, audits, and ERP data submissions.
