Job summary

All In Energy is seeking a Bilingual Community Outreach Coordinator to advance energy justice in Massachusetts. The role blends 60% in-person fieldwork with 40% remote coordination, guiding outreach campaigns and partnerships to connect residents with weatherization, heat pumps, solar, and other clean energy programs.

You will support ambassadors, manage event logistics, track goals, and participate in a hands-on training program to prepare for a future Energy Specialist role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and a priority language.
• Experience with native speakers of a priority language.
• Passion for climate justice and equitable clean energy access.
• Confidence to engage strangers in person and by phone.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• Highly organized with good record-keeping.
• Friendly, approachable and culturally sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Find, schedule, and set up informational tabling at events.
• Develop partnerships with community orgs across Eastern MA.
• Manage outreach team workflows using calendars and Asana.
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff and interns.
• Track and measure team goals through data analysis.
• Support evaluation of outreach activities with teams.
• Maintain organized contact records and data quality.
• Assist with financial tracking and reporting for outreach.
• Schedule trainings, meetings, and events; handle logistics.
• Occasionally represent All In Energy at events to enroll residents.
