Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Systems BI Developer to design, develop, and support BI/reporting solutions in Tampa, FL. You will write optimized SQL/T-SQL, build SSRS reports, and develop ETL/ELT pipelines with SSIS while delivering Power BI dashboards from financial data.

You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve reporting processes to enable data-informed decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting development, SQL-based analytics, or financial systems support.
• Advanced SQL development (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, query tuning, and database troubleshooting).
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development, report building.
• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) - developing & maintaining SSIS packages and ETL processes.
• ETL/ELT process development and support using SSIS.
• Knowledge of financial systems & concepts, including ERP systems, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support BI and reporting solutions for financial data.
• Write and optimize SQL/T-SQL queries for dashboards and reports.
• Build and maintain SSRS reports and SSIS ETL/ELT processes.
• Create Power BI dashboards to deliver insights from operational and financial data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot data issues.
• Improve existing reporting processes and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
