Job summary

Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services Incorporated in Massachusetts is seeking a Behavioral Health Integration Manager to lead integrated care initiatives for older adults. You will supervise clinicians, drive program development, and collaborate across departments to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• LCSW plus a minimum of five years of relevant experience required.
• LICSW or LMHC preferred.
• Experience in Massachusetts Aging Network strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with managing programs with significant governmental involvement and reporting requirements and/or with quality assurance programs preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable and comfortable using Adobe and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience with Wellsky strongly preferred.
• Must meet CORI/SORI and public health screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AGE-funded behavioral health program including referral management, clinical oversight, quality improvement, and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of behavioral health clinicians and interns.
• Provide clinical leadership and consultation on complex cases and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Strengthen and expand behavioral health services with Chief Clinical Integration Officer.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for program growth and sustainability.
• Build relationships with local and regional healthcare providers to advance integrated models of care.
• Support training and workforce development initiatives for behavioral health staff.
• Coordinate internship and field placement opportunities with universities.
• Serve as a clinical resource to agency programs including protective services and family caregiver support.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation standards.
