You will lead client relationships and win strategic opportunities with local government clients.

You will also guide design teams across disciplines, focusing on sustainability and active communities, delivering high‑quality projects and advancing social equity in placemaking.

Qualifications

• 15+ years as a Landscape Architect or Urban Designer in a consulting or public entity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design and PLA.
• Experience with corridors (greenways, trails, streets, canals).
• Strong project management, opportunity development, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development across Northern CA and the Pacific Northwest.
• Cultivate client relationships with public agencies and win proposals.
• Drive strategic market growth in landscape architecture and active transportation.
• Mentor design staff and coordinate with planning, engineering, data teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and scope; ensure quality control.
