Job summary

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, seeks a Hybrid BCBA in Nassau County, NY to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to children with autism. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and family support.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA/BCaBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and strong clinical/communication skills. Travel 30–60 minutes and HIPAA-compliant documentation are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy and patient-centered care.
• Willingness to travel 30–60 minutes.
• Active CPR certification (assistance provided to become certified).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Providing one-on-one therapy and family support.
• Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for well-rounded care.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Staying informed on current research and best practices.
