Job summary
BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month.
You will assess behavior, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. You will lead assessments, supervise staff, monitor outcomes, and ensure compliant clinical documentation while collaborating with families and care
Qualifications
- Nebraska licensure as a behavior analyst or willingness to obtain licensure.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
