Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a BCBA to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This is a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month, allowing vast remote work while maintaining clinical oversight and supervision of technicians.

The position involves conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
