Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families, primarily remote with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Nebraska licensure or willing to obtain
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
