BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska with a hybrid work setup.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising technicians, and partnering with caregivers for progress. In-person visits occur monthly, with most work conducted remotely. Licensure in Nebraska or eligibility is required, with a Master’s in related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure or eligibility to practice in Nebraska.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical compliance.
