Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. The position is hybrid, allowing remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

The role includes conducting assessments, developing plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. Licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
