Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. This is a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month and the remainder remote.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to advance clinical progress. Licensure eligibility in Nebraska is required, with a master's in a related field and ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with ABA for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
