Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska in a hybrid model, with most work remotely and one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with caregivers to advance meaningful outcomes while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
