Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families, primarily remote with one required in-person visit per month. Nebraska licensure eligibility is preferred.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and coordinating with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure or already licensed.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards compliance.
