Job summary

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to promote outcomes. Prior ABA experience and Nebraska licensure or pursuit thereof are preferred.

Qualifications

• Nebraska BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians and coordinate with caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
