Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. The position is hybrid, with one required in-person visit per month and flexible scheduling to fit personal needs.

You will assess behavior, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to promote meaningful progress. Licensure in Nebraska (or willingness to obtain) and a master's degree are required, with strong ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ABA experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required.
• Nebraska BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
