Job summary

BK Behavior in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to achieve meaningful progress.

This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseloads, and no non-compete agreements. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager will support clinical and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards.
