Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month, supporting flexible scheduling and work-life balance.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Nebraska BCBA licensure or eligibility.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
