BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month, with the rest of the work conducted remotely.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, and caregiver collaboration to support meaningful progress. The position emphasizes flexibility in scheduling, access to ongoing clinical support, and professional growth opportunities

Qualificações

• BCBA licensure eligibility or current licensure in Nebraska.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
