Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensure in states where practiced may be required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings as appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training monthly.
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise RBTs and program staff.
• Design and implement treatment plans and update progress reports.
