Job summary

W3Global Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid pediatric ABA role in North Carolina. The position involves remote and in-person supervision across Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Durham and Greensboro.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, supervising RBTs, coaching parents, and ensuring compliance with BACB standards. NC licensure (or eligibility) and a master's degree are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience with ASD and supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and comprehensive behavioral evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Provide parent and caregiver coaching to promote treatment consistency.
• Review behavioral data and modify treatment plans based on client progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
• Deliver supervision through a combination of remote and in-person services in accordance with North Carolina requirements.
