Job summary

Kyo, a leading ABA therapy provider in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid remote role. You will lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by our proprietary care application and data systems.

Pay range is $85,000–$100,000 per year with a $6,000 relocation bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, 19 days of PTO (increasing with service), 11 paid holidays, life insurance,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Willingness to travel between client sites.
• Availability 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings.
• Support development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.
• Utilize Kyo’s care application and data systems to monitor progress.
