Job summary

Neurolink Academy in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and deliver evidence-based ABA services to diverse clients. The role involves conducting FBAs, developing and monitoring ABA programs, supervising RBTs, collecting data, and partnering with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliable treatment outcomes.

This hybrid position combines three days in our clinic with two days remote, offering a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to use ABA data collection platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs, to identify client needs and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to RBTs and BT staff.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to drive clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization across settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements.
