Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families across the state. This is a hybrid role allowing clinicians to work mostly remotely while completing one in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress, while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Nebraska licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
