Job summary

Divine Steps Therapy is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our clinical team. This full-time position offers a salary of $110,000 with a bonus structure.

The BCBA will ensure the quality of behavioral services, conducting assessments and supervising treatment plans for individuals with autism. Additional perks include health insurance, CEU opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and FBA is necessary.
• Knowledge of parent training and goal setting is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise the implementation of the treatment plan.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for clients.
• Oversee and provide quality training to RBTs.
