Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

Open to full-time or part-time candidates with strong clinical support, opportunities for growth, and benefits including health/dental/vision and 401(k). Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or licensed BCBA.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
