BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in a hybrid setting. The role includes in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties, with opportunities for full-time or part-time engagement.

The candidate will conduct assessments, build treatment plans, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and care teams, while upholding ethical standards and documentation quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
