Kennedy ABA is seeking BCBA professionals to provide hands-on, in-home and community-based services in the Raleigh, NC area. You will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with families to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers.
• Analyze data and make real-time treatment adjustments.
