Job summary

Move Up ABA in Maryland is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and train families. The role offers a high hourly range and flexible scheduling, with some in-person services required near Baltimore, MD.

You will join a collaborative team focused on clinical excellence, work-life balance, and meaningful outcomes for clients with Autism in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete and maintain clinical documentation.
• Analyze treatment data and make program modifications.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
