Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services with a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. This opportunity supports flexible part-time and full-time caseloads, along with strong clinical development and growth within BK Behavior.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, caregiver collaboration, parent training, and thorough documentation with adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Maryland licensure or currently licensed in Maryland.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs.
