Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
• HIPAA-compliant medical documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for cohesive behavior management.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles.
• Collect and analyze data to measure intervention effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Stay current with research data collection methods in applied behavior analysis.
