Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties is seeking a motivated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee a caseload of about 18 clients. This clinical leadership role blends in-person and telehealth supervision, guiding a team of assistants and graduate students to deliver data-driven ABA treatment.

You'll partner with families and schools to ensure ethical practice, rigorous measurement, and high-quality client outcomes while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule, strong

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for payer credentialing.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of ABA measurement, assessment, treatment design, and supervision.
• Experience providing ABA services in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills-based assessments.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and function-based BIPs.
• Analyze client progress and make treatment decisions using data and visual analysis.
• Design skill acquisition programs that promote meaningful and socially significant outcomes.
• Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians through direct observation and feedback.
• Mentor Behavior Analyst Assistants as they build clinical competencies.
