Job summary

Optimal Care Therapy in Illinois is seeking a Clinical Director/BCBA to lead in-home ABA services for children ages 0-15. You will develop and supervise individualized treatment plans, mentor BCBAs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Hybrid role with remote duties predominance; in-person visits determined by geography. Strong leadership, communication, and ABA expertise required; BCBA certification and Illinois LBA license required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Illinois LBA license is required.
• 3+ years of ABA experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligning with each child's needs.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs to ensure high-quality services and growth.
