BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role blends in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties with flexible full- or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field with NC licensure eligibility
• Experience providing ABA to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure and supervision responsibilities as applicable

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
