Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in North Carolina through a hybrid model combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities. The position supports both full-time and part-time arrangements with strong clinical support and potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligible for or hold NC licensure or license by endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
