Job summary

BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team and guide clients in ABA services across the state. We offer paid training, multiple mentorship opportunities, and a supportive mission-driven environment.

You will supervise ABA programs, assess client progress, train caregivers, and oversee paraprofessionals, while collaborating with a team of BCBA students and interns to lighten workloads and enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD.
  • Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
  • Display excellent clinical competence and judgment.
  • Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
  • Respect for cultural diversity and the capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity.
  • Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
