Job summary

Confidential Global seeks a Battery Pack Assembly Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a cross-functional team responsible for designing, validating, and launching high-volume battery pack assembly processes for North America and Mexico. You will provide manufacturing input to product design and lead equipment procurement and installation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2+ years on major projects, familiarity with AutoCAD and Siemens PLM, and

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of overall manufacturing processes and manufacturing business acumen.
• Minimum 2+ years on major projects.
• Experience implementing large scale manufacturing lines and project management.

Responsibilities

• Design, run off, install, and launch high-volume battery pack assembly processes.
• Provide manufacturing input to product design.
• Lead and support equipment planning, installation, and validation.
• Develop PFMEA and collaborate with PD on SCCAF.
