NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Accounts Associate to join our client's team in St. Petersburg, FL. This hybrid, contract role offers the opportunity to support Financial Advisors by managing client accounts and handling disbursements.

You will serve as the main contact between branches and the Home Office, process year-end activity, and ensure compliance with regulatory procedures. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of banking and/or customer service experience, unless they have a college degree
• Financial services experience preferred due to handling client accounts and disbursements
• Ability to handle high-volume calls from Financial Advisors and internal staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when processing transactions involving client funds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of procedures critical to regulatory compliance and risk management

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main contact between Branches and the Home Office in a call center environment, delivering high-quality service to Financial Advisors and associates
• Review, update, and service client accounts while managing a high volume of inquiries
• Assist with year-end processing, including money movement requests and account activity
• Process qualified charitable distributions, tax withholding setups, standing letters of authority, check stop pays, and disbursements
• Enforce procedures, policies, and regulations to protect the firm, advisors, and clients; monitor accounts for potential risks
