Unishippers – Raceday Freight is seeking a driven Account Executive to prospect, qualify, and close new business nationwide, focusing on SMBs needing parcel, LTL, truckload, and multimodal freight solutions.

You’ll engage owners and operations leaders in a consultative selling process, leveraging ShipStation Global network and strong carrier partnerships. Office presence once weekly is encouraged in Northern Indiana.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect and close SMBs.
• Experience explaining logistics concepts to business owners.

Responsibilities

• Prospect SMBs using structured outbound activity.
• Conduct discovery calls across parcel, LTL, truckload, and multimodal needs.
• Present tailored logistics solutions with consultative selling.
• Set appointments with owners/executives using proven scripts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with CRM documentation.
