Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and a broad set of AWS services.
• Proficient in Python and frontend tooling (Angular/Node.js).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support AWS cloud solutions using Amazon Connect, VPC, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito, SES, S3, and EC2.
• Design and configure Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations.
• Develop UI applications with Angular and Node.js and integrate with AWS services.
• Build serverless APIs and data solutions using API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Develop QuickSight dashboards and data transformations using Python/Lambda.
• Configure Cognito authentication and authorization for web apps.
• Assist with AWS networking, security, deployments, troubleshooting, and CI/CD pipelines.
