Job summary

Wissen Technology is seeking an AVP/VP to lead interpretation of BCBS 239 and enterprise data governance across a global banking environment. The role focuses on translating regulatory principles into CDE frameworks, DQ metrics, lineage, and control requirements, with Collibra familiarity beneficial.

Qualifications

• Interpret BCBS 239 principles and translate regulatory intent into governance requirements.
• Create and maintain enterprise data governance policies, standards and procedures.
• Define CDE governance, data quality, lineage requirements and controls.
• Translate policy into practical, auditable requirements for various LOBs.
• Lead workshops and influence senior stakeholders across Data, Risk, Compliance and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Interpret BCBS 239 and translate regulatory intent into enterprise data governance requirements.
• Create and maintain enterprise data governance policies, standards and procedures.
• Define CDE, data quality and lineage requirements and ensure governance aligns with business context.
• Translate policy into practical, auditable requirements for Custody, Asset Servicing, Markets, Fund Admin, Treasury, Operations, Risk.
• Translate policy into functional requirements, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops and influence senior stakeholders across Data, Risk, Compliance, Technology.
