Job summary

Income Research + Management, based in Boston, is looking for a VP, Data Architect to lead data architecture and governance within the Enterprise Data Service Team. The role involves designing and supporting data solutions on-prem and in Azure, making substantial contributions to data integrity and operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise with hands-on delivery, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of the investment management data domains, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into efficient data architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (on-prem and cloud).
• Deep knowledge of buy-side asset management data flows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data solutions across on-prem and Azure cloud platforms.
• Design and implement multi-layer ELT/ETL pipelines using Azure-native services.
• Collaborate with the Head of Data Services and Governance.
