Job summary

LEONI is seeking an engineering professional to join our North American Development Department in Troy, MI, to design and maintain E/E schematics for LEONI and customer systems. The candidate will independently process E/E designs and represent LEONI in front of customers, reporting to the Team Leader Harness Design.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience executing full vehicle systems engineering projects (Stellantis preferred).
• Experience in Capital Logic/Integrator or equivalent schematics design tool.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Import electrical device and subsystem information and process into schematics (hrn/cmp/csv files).
• Determine inline and splice positioning.
• Create inline listings and pin-out.
• Perform resistance checks to meet system requirements.
• Create system level DVP&R.
• Assist in wire harness troubleshooting for the full vehicle.
• Assist in the performance of relevant engineering tools e.g. DFMEA, Design Reviews.
• Support all customer meetings and request.
