Urban Science in Franklin, TN is seeking an analyst to provide operational support for an industry-leading sales analysis solution that enables quick and easy analysis of geography and segment KPIs against competitors for a major automotive manufacturer.

This role supports the delivery of client services and use of technical skills to maintain software and database systems and create regular reporting deliverables.

Formación

• Proven written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of statistics and data visualization fundamentals.
• Proven ability to work with MS Office applications and data tools.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL preferred.
• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field; 0-2 years in analytics is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, develops and delivers client‑requested reports on time per specs.
• Designs, creates and manages client databases using Urban Science software.
• Performs coding and testing functions for custom client software.
• Tracks and analyzes data to improve accuracy and quality.
• Maintains Urban Science internal software systems with technical skills.
• Adheres to quality control standards for Urban Science and clients.
• Coordinates with teams to complete analyses and projects on time.
• Responds to client inquiries promptly to improve satisfaction.
• Communicates updates and issues to management in a timely manner.
• Supports training programs and participates in development objectives.
• Works with management on goal setting and performance reviews.
