Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Automation Engineer experience in industrial environments.
• 3+ years designing and deploying PLC logic with ladder logic and HMI integration.
• Experience leading multiple technical projects and daily tasks.
• Experience with electrical design and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design and hands-on support for process equipment (drives, PLC logic, HMIs, wiring, power, instrumentation).
• Architect, write, simulate, and test PLC software for Allen-Bradley controllers.
• Collaborate with process engineers to optimize existing equipment and designs.
• Lead project teams through design, construction, commissioning and validation of equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for design and procurement of new equipment and modifications.
• Troubleshoot and support existing process and auxiliary equipment.
• Create/update software and electrical specifications and documentation.
• Work with maintenance technicians to resolve electrical and control issues.
