Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Specialist II in Format and Planning based in Salisbury, NC. You will develop fixture layouts and design solutions using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft tools to meet project milestones and maintain CAD standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design or equivalent, 5+ years of related experience, and strong technical and communication skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Superior AutoCAD technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop fixture plans and designs using AutoCAD and related tools.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to meet project milestones.
• Maintain CAD standards and budgeting constraints.
• Visit job sites to ensure standards are met.
• Prepare and submit complete fixture plan sets for review.
• Support Merchandising and Construction Project Managers.
