BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Auto and General Liability Attorney for the New York area in a hybrid work arrangement. The role requires 1–5 years of defense litigation experience and admission to the New York Bar.

Ideal candidates will have strong liability background, excellence in motion practice and deposition work, and the ability to manage cases independently with team support as needed.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Admission in New Jersey, Connecticut, or Pennsylvania is a plus.
• 1–5 years of defense litigation experience.
• Background in liability, property damage, No-Fault, uninsured/underinsured cases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day case management with full litigation responsibilities.
• Draft and argue motions, attend court conferences, and conduct depositions.
• Prepare discovery responses and coordinate medical examinations.
• Communicate with clients and carriers on case strategy and updates.
• Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy over files.
• Contribute to premises liability and general negligence matters.
