Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for a hybrid role in our Firestone Complete Auto Care stores. You will assess customer needs, recommend products/services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role blends front-of-store and basic back-shop tasks, with opportunities for growth within the company and ongoing ASE certification support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution - 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids - 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays - as needed.
