Job summary

B Street Collision, a family-owned auto body company with 16 locations, is growing and seeking a skilled reviewer/ estimator for a full-time hybrid role. You will audit repair files, verify estimates, and collaborate with estimators to ensure accuracy and compliance while supporting ongoing training and cross-location communication.

The position emphasizes damage assessment, repair estimating, and strong documentation practices, with a hybrid on-site/work-from-home setup and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Audit repair files to ensure compliance with B Street and carrier guidelines.
• Experience with damage assessment and repair estimating (body shop, DRP, or insurer background).
• Strong communicator who can coach peers and collaborate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Audit repair files to ensure compliance with B Street guidelines and carrier requirements.
• Partner with estimators to clarify scope, request changes, and improve estimate quality.
• Validate estimates for accuracy and completeness (labor, parts, operations, calibrations, OEM procedures).
• Reduce change requests by coaching teams on documentation and best practices.
• Track trends and report recurring issues to leadership.
