Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Auditor to support planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit activities across client operations. This hybrid role combines 2–3 days on site with flexible work arrangements.

You will assess risk, develop procedures, perform audits per IIA standards, prepare clear work papers, communicate results to management, and mentor junior staff. CPA/CIA/CFE preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant technical training and certifications.
• 5 to 7 years’ of directly related experience.
• One to two years of operational and/or qualification and experience.
• Proficiency with ACL, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and MS Project.
• Strong project management and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well individually and in teams; travel as needed.
• CPA/CIA/CFE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, communicate, and report all internal audit activities.
• Understand organizational areas and identify high-risk processes.
• Develop audit procedures aligned with objectives and risks.
• Plan and perform compliance, financial, and operational audits per IIA standards.
• Ensure internal control compliance by examining records and processes.
• Prepare clear audit work papers and reports; document exceptions.
• Provide coaching and perform preliminary reviews for staff auditors.
• Deliver corrective recommendations and value-added insights.
• Communicate results to auditee, management, and Audit Committee.
• Maintain professional relationships across divisions; pursue development.
• Support investigations and special projects as needed.
